1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Registration Information

Account Verification (KYC)

Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until verification is resolved.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bd91, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bd91 does not charge deposit transaction fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges which are outside bd91's control.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed after they have been credited to your bd91 balance. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit has been made in error.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. If this is not possible, bd91 will contact you to agree an alternative.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account is subject to a pending KYC review, an active bonus wagering requirement, or a security hold placed by bd91 compliance.
• bd91 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request, regardless of prior KYC status.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The bd91 Service is provided for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform software or games.
• Providing false identity information during registration or during any verification process.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix outcomes or circumvent game rules.

bd91 employs real-time fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed on a temporary hold while under review. bd91 will not be liable for any losses incurred during a hold period where the player's conduct is found to have triggered the review.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd91 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the property of bd91 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any material from bd91 without our express prior written permission. Unauthorised use of bd91 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd91 excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of the Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, bd91 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity, including losses incurred during system outages or where results are later voided due to technical error.
